As many of you are aware, we opened our new Quantum Private Wealth head quarters in Tampa, Florida a few months back. Since then, we have been active in moving furniture, connecting all technology, and settling in. We also spent this time interviewing for our new office manager and client service administrator.  I am pleased to say that not only is the weather wonderful in Florida, but the people are as well. Today I'm excited to introduce you all to our newest team member, who happens to be an absolute rockstar in the financial services industry - please welcome our new Client Service Administrator, Christen Zuffa.

With over eight years of experience working at several firms including MassMutual and MetLife, Christen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Quantum. But what's even more impressive is her passion for placing the clients' interests above her own, which perfectly aligns with the core values and principles that we live by here at Quantum. In short, she gets what our mission is.

In her free time, you can find our new team member enjoying a healthy lifestyle by playing tennis, pickleball, or taking her adorable golden doodle Mylo on long walks. Weekends are reserved for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends, either at the beach or by the pool. (You can do that here in Florida…)

As our new Client Service Administrator, Christen will help Andrea O'Brien by providing additional client services and support. She deeply believes in building strong relationships with every client she works with, making sure that she listens to your needs and helps to make your experience at Quantum simple and seamless.

Our new team member is a Florida native, born and raised in Miami and currently residing in Tampa with her son. She’s an active member of her church community and has family in the Tampa area, making her an excellent fit for our team that values building great relationships as well as an excellent tour guide for this new Floridian.
